The Heart Needs Vitamins: Affection, Benevolence And Countless Hugs

The heart needs vitamins: affection, benevolence and countless hugs

The heart needs vitamins. This may sound like a clichĂ©. But I know my heart needs vitamins more than anything else. I’m not talking about just any vitamins. The heart needs affection, benevolence and countless hugs to survive.

On a human level, I believe that there is no one in the world who does not need this. The emotions we experience within us are nourished by direct contact with others. Those feelings fill us when they are given with love. We need them as much as the air we breathe.

Any kind of love will always contain these three vitamins. Perhaps you are now thinking of someone who does not receive these vitamins in their lifetime. Then you are probably not talking about love. Because it’s more like something that may look like it but will never fulfill you as much as genuine shared feelings would.

My Vitamin A: Completely Sincere Affection

One of the most important vitamins we need is a small dose of affection. Affection and tenderness are able to give rise to life in different ways. A loving touch, a smile, a few appropriate words… bring us to life.

Affection of others makes us happy and makes us feel loved. That is essential for our body. This expression of affection and recognition helps to see ourselves as a unique being in the crowd. It gives us enough vitality not to succumb to adversity.

Affection rejuvenates our personality because we experience what we are worth. We feel valued and confident. This vitamin is a balm for our self-confidence. That is independent of whether we show it to others or whether they show it to us. In fact, it is present in the air around us at those times.

My vitamin B: benevolence, straight from the heart

Like vitamin A, vitamin B is also absolutely necessary. This vitamin comes from people who put the quality of being a good person into practice. When the body is surrounded by people with a good heart, these people also ensure that our heart becomes more generous. The heart starts beating faster.

A kind person has a pleasant and compassionate effect on us. Because these people are willing to help without asking for anything in return. They are kind and generous. I easily fall in love with people who show kindness in an empathetic way.

They make me a better person. That is why I recognize that I like to see them. Plus, I appreciate that they are in my life. I always choose them as a source of learning. They help me to grow every day.

My vitamin C: countless hugs

After all, vitamins A and B are worthless if we don’t have that one vitamin that all our bodies need. We get that vitamin from the hugs we get. Yes, they glue even the most broken parts of the soul back together. They help us to be whole again, so that we are never really completely broken. You already know what we’re talking about. It’s those vitamins that make you feel like you’re not so alone. They make you feel warmer because they accompany and comfort you.

I am constantly looking for these kind of hugs, which are close and endless. The most precious hugs happen spontaneously and sometimes in a shy way. I’m sure you’d rather not get planned and calculated hugs. Me neither, even though they look great on the outside.

The beauty of it is what we feel when we get them. Because it is vitamins that provide us with many healthy and incredible benefits. For example, they improve mood. In addition, they increase serotonin levels in the body. They relax the muscles and lower blood pressure. Hugs even manage to combat tense nerves.

For all these reasons, don’t forget to pay attention to the nutrition your heart needs. It is true that we need many other things to progress in love. But when the soul dies, the rest is worthless. So we have to try to give it the right vitamins so that this never happens.
